When we decided to buy a shore home, the only thing we said we would not compromise, was the house itself. We were not going to worry about parking, enough bedrooms, storage and, especially, we did not want to drive to the beach. This home has it all, and more. Obviously, it is close to the beach and boards. In fact, you can sit on the deck and see the ocean. Want coffee in the morning, walk up to the boards and Dunkin’ Donuts is right there. McDonalds, just up to the left. How about going to the Convention Center? It’s a short walk, but it’s very nice jumping on a Tram and riding back home. By the way, the best is the Friday night fireworks. Talk about “summer”, they go off every Friday and they are RIGHT HERE ON OUR STREET! Just sit on the deck, have a drink and wind down. By the way, the FERRIS WHEEL is magnificent each and every night. Parking is great – 2 in the garage and one outside. Park your car and forget about it because you can walk everywhere. The restaurants are fabulous. Security? What is better than driving into the garage, closing the door and walking right upstairs into our house. It does not get better than that. There is a huge storage area, in the garage, accessible from the garage or the outside. Plenty of space for deck furniture, boogie-boards, fishing rods, etc. Nothing is compromised, here. As for shore living, the house speaks for itself – It is gorgeous! Every bedroom has cable and ceiling fans. Do you argue about who “owns” the TV? Not here. Just get up, go into your bedroom and turn it on. It’s very relaxing, also, to get away from the kids, or spouse, every now and then. The corridor is extra wide, washer/dryer right there and both bathrooms are large. The kitchen? Every woman’s dream – large, airy, bright and modern. Lots of storage and functional, too. You can see how large the kitchen table is and 8 people around it is a breeze. What can be better than having your friends over and be able to all sit together? This house is all we wanted, we did not compromise – hopefully, you won’t either.
